Queenie has received many concerns regarding the shippment of clothes.i understand that you have sent in the money early,but yet to see the clothes from us.Please reaasured,that we are more anxious cos your trust is in us,we dont want to spoil our reputation or disappoint our buyers.
Actually,the standard time for clothes to arrive to you is around 1 mth time from the spree is closed.The delay is mainly due to items which are out of stock which take 7 days to replenish,and the taiwan side which is slow in replying us(though we blast them with emails everyday!).that leads to late shippment.i seek your understanding regarding,and we promise we will do our job well and your clothes in good condition

after spree closed,

2-3 D -- all payment collected
1 D --Consodialte orders and send order list
2-3 D -- TW get back to us
5-6 D -- for cash to reach them
1-2 D-- Checking of stock
7 D-- for items to be in stock
7-10D-- Shipment arrived to sg
1-2 D-- to sort out items

i would like to inform you all that pls dont make payment to us once you send us the orders.We will email you u gurs for payment once the spree is closed and that all the items are in.This is to safeguard your own interest,as it is better that when your items are confirmed by the taiwan,then you make payment.It is also to prevent confusion.

Clarification about Queenie-Den

Due to some atrocious & inconsiderate people who have left us some unhealthy comments, we decided to do away with the tagboard. We do not need these ppl to have put us down, cuz eventually, our buyers will see the concrete trust in us. We put up tagboard, is becuz it is convenient for ppl who have qns to ask. since it was mis-used, I hope gurs out there will email us personally for any enquiries. We will reply as soon as we can. I sincerely hope those ppl who have been trying to ruin our reptuation pls have some self esteem & ur conscience muz be clear. If u realli have evidence, pls scan and show it to everyone. We are willing to solve it n prove our innocent. Stop spreading abt us ,when you have no evidence. Go GET some LIFE!
